Shipping & Delivery Policy

Jazzy Cheesecakes ships handcrafted, perishable desserts with care to ensure quality upon arrival.

Shipping Availability

  • Nationwide shipping is available on select products.

  • Local pickup is available for qualifying items in the Charlotte area.

  • Not all products are eligible for shipping.

Packaging & Temperature Control

  • Orders are shipped using insulated packaging and ice packs.

  • Packaging methods may vary based on weather and destination.

  • Product appearance may differ slightly due to shipping requirements.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders ship according to the schedule selected at checkout.

  • Cheesecake of the Month Club orders ship on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, provided the order is placed by the 10th.

Weather Delays

To protect product quality, Jazzy Cheesecakes reserves the right to:

  • Delay shipments during extreme weather conditions

  • Adjust shipping dates as needed

Customers will be notified if delays occur.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, Jazzy Cheesecakes is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery to info@jazzycheesecakes.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit.

By placing an order with Jazzy Cheesecakes, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All products are handcrafted, perishable food items and are final sale.

  • You have reviewed and accepted our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable Wholesale Terms.

  • You understand that shipping delays, weather conditions, and carrier issues are outside of our control.

  • Subscription orders are prepaid and non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

  • Local pickup orders must be collected at the confirmed time.

  • Wholesale clients agree to payment terms, discrepancy timelines, and delivery requirements.
