Refund Policy

At Jazzy Cheesecakes, each dessert is handcrafted in small batches and prepared specifically for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are subject to the policy below.


All Sales Final

All orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once an order has been prepared or shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@jazzycheesecakes.com.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.


Shipping Issues & Delivery Delays

Once an order has been shipped, Jazzy Cheesecakes is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier transit issues

  • Weather-related delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

We reserve the right to delay shipment during extreme weather conditions to protect product quality.


Cheesecake of the Month Club

Subscription orders are prepaid and non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

  • Missed shipments due to an incorrect address or failure to update account details are not eligible for refunds.

  • Subscription changes must be made prior to the monthly cutoff date.


Local Pickup Orders

Orders scheduled for local pickup must be collected at the confirmed time.

Unclaimed pickup orders are not eligible for refunds or credits.


Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are final sale.

  • Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products deemed unsellable must be returned to Jazzy Cheesecakes before credit may be issued.

  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in future orders requiring prepayment.


Cancellations

Order cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

For subscription cancellations, future billing cycles may be canceled in accordance with the subscription terms.

  • All products are handcrafted, perishable food items and are final sale.

  • You have reviewed and accepted our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable Wholesale Terms.

  • You understand that shipping delays, weather conditions, and carrier issues are outside of our control.

  • Subscription orders are prepaid and non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

  • Local pickup orders must be collected at the confirmed time.

  • Wholesale clients agree to payment terms, discrepancy timelines, and delivery requirements.

Jazzy Cheesecakes reserves the right to update these policies at any time.

We take great care in crafting and packaging each cheesecake to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
